Earth Hour is an iniative, started by the WWF that turned it into a global yearly phenomenon taking place all across the planet. The event is meant to encourage all individuals, communities and businesses to turn off all non-essential electric lights for an hour, from 8.30pm to 9.30pm. It is usually held towards the end of the month of March.
Earth Hour has officially become a symbol of commitment towards our beloved planet.
Earth Hour 2018 will be held on 24/3/2018 from 8.30pm to 9.30pm Local Time.
Let’s get ready, prepare our candlelights and pre-charge our portable battery packs, and join the millions who are already fighting climate change!
